Cancellation of Order and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods. To cancel your order you must inform us in writing, either by post to our office address, or by email.

If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded (less our original handling and shipping costs of £10.00) once we have received the goods back in good condition (unopened, still sealed and in a condition that the goods can be re-sold).

We will deduct our original shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong goods, or if the goods are faulty or damaged.

Please allow 7 working days for refund to be processed.

 

Failure To Collect Order After Card Has Been Left By Courier

If our courier, Royal Mail, have attempted to leave your order and you are not at your delivery address they will leave you a card. Your order will be kept at their local depot for at least 10 days.

If you fail to collect your package, or arrange for it to be redelivered it will be returned to us, and we will be charged for this return. Once we have received the uncollected package we will inform you, usually by email and ask you how you would like it resent. We will charge you for the original posting and the return fees (typically £5.30 each way for one Q-Link), our prices include postage from us to you one time only.

If You Order The Wrong Size Q-Link Bracelet

The Q-Link Bracelets are sized on the generous side and if you are not sure which size to order we recommend that you choose the small size, for example if your wrist measurement is 7 inches you should order the Medium rather than the large size. If you order a size that is too big for you we are happy to change it for you to a small size. All you need do is contact us by email or telephone to let us know, return the bracelet by Royal Mail Special Delivery in original condition wthl all packaging and we will send you another Q-Link Bracelet of the size you request. There will be an additional charge of £5.30 to cover our second postage and packaging costs to you.

IMPORTANT

If the goods are damaged you MUST inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. It is a condition of the carriers insurance that we receive notice within this time, any claims for goods damaged in transit after this time will not be accepted. You must keep all of the packaging, the carrier will require to see it if there is a claim.

If you are returning goods through the 90 day guarantee, you must inform us in writing by post to our office address. Once we have received the goods and we are satisfied that the goods are in a sealed and re-saleable condition (if order cancelled) or that you have claimed on the money back guarantee within the valid claim period, we will credit your card or issue a cheque refund (less our original shipping and handling costs) depending upon your original payment method.

 

Lost Deliveries

If for any reason your order is lost or received with items missing, we will submit an investigation with Royal Mail. Once that process has been resolved and if the investigation by Royal Mail is found in your favour, we will dispatch the missing or loss items to you.

Customs

When ordering goods from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.

 

90 Day Money Back Guarantee

Both the Black and the White Q-Link Pendants on our site are supplied with a 90 day money back guarantee (less our original handling and shipping costs of £10.00). We encourage new wearers of Q-Link wear their Q-Links for the full 90 day trial period. Some individuals find the various detoxing effects confusing, some take up to 2 months to register benefits.

If, after 80 days, you do not feel you have registered benefits simply return your Q-Link with the original packaging, a letter explaining your reasons and a copy of your receipt.

If posting we recommend royal Mail recorded or special delivery (for insurance).

This policy does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
