Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded once we have received the goods back in good condition (unopened, still sealed and in a condition that the goods can be re-sold).
We will not refund any Special Delivery charges.
Please allow 7 working days for refund to be processed.
Failure To Collect Order After Card Has Been Left By Courier
If our courier, Royal Mail, have attempted to leave your order and you are not at your delivery address they will leave you a card. Your order will be kept at their local depot for at least 10 days.
If you fail to collect your package, or arrange for it to be redelivered it will be returned to us, and we will be charged for this return. Once we have received the uncollected package we will inform you, usually by email and ask you how you would like it resent.
IMPORTANT
If the goods are damaged you MUST inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. It is a condition of the carriers insurance that we receive notice within this time, any claims for goods damaged in transit after this time will not be accepted. You must keep all of the packaging, the carrier will require to see it if there is a claim.
If you are returning goods through the 90 day guarantee, you must inform us in writing by post to our office address. Once we have received the goods within the valid claim period, we will credit your card or issue a cheque refund (less our original shipping and handling costs of £10) depending upon your original payment method.
Lost Deliveries
If for any reason your order is lost or received with items missing, we will submit an investigation with Royal Mail. Once that process has been resolved and if the investigation by Royal Mail is found in your favour, we will dispatch the missing or loss items to you.
Customs
When ordering goods from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.
This policy does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
